iOS 12.2 Beta revealed there will be four new iPad products. Rumors now say the four new iPads are 2 versions (Wi-Fi only and Cellular) of the iPad Mini 5 and 7th generation iPad respectively.
In addition to disclosing information about the presence of four new iPad models, other news said that most likely the four iPad will support the Apple Pencil and Apple Smart Keyboard.
As information, Apple Pencil support is already on the 6th generation iPad, as well as being the first iPad in addition to the iPad Pro that supports Apple Pencil. But until now only iPad Pro supports Smart Keyboard.
If it is true that the iPad Mini 5 and iPad 7 will support Smart Keyboard and Apple Pencil, of course it’s very interesting to look forward to. Moreover, the iPad Mini and iPad models are deliberately placed in markets that are priced cheaper than the iPad Pro.
The 6th generation iPad itself is sold in Indonesia at a price of Rp. 6 million. If equipped with a Smart Keyboard, of course there will be an additional Smart Connector that could make the price of the 7th generation iPad more expensive.
The price of the iPad Mini 5 is certainly expected to be cheaper than the price of the iPad 7. This is reasonable considering the iPad Mini carries dimensions and sizes smaller than the size of the iPad.
As for the design itself, it’s still unclear whether the latest iPad Mini and iPad will carry the full screen design style of the iPad Pro 2018 or keep the old design, with the Home button and Touch ID.
